Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Qalamūn for a Mechanical Section Head. This role entails overseeing mechanical maintenance and operations for production equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing efficient solutions. The Mechanical Section Head will coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure routine inspections, lead preventive measures to avoid breakdowns, manage spare parts inventory, and uphold compliance with safety standards in mechanical systems. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and providing mentorship to team members. Qualifications Strong mechanical engineering skills, including equipment maintenance, repair, and diagnosticsExperience in process optimization and operational efficiency in manufacturing or productionKnowledge of safety compliance and preventive maintenance strategiesLeadership, team management, and effective communication skillsProficiency in technical documentation and ability to use relevant softwareProblem-solving and analytical capabilities to address complex mechanical challengesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldFamiliarity with the poultry production or food processing industry is a significant plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
