We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Technical Office Team Leader to join our team and lead the mechanical technical office activities across ongoing construction projects. Responsibilities:Lead and manage the mechanical technical office team.Review and prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, and material submittals.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.Provide technical support during project execution and resolve technical issues.Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of technical deliverablesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical technical office work within construction companies.Previous experience in a senior or team leader role is preferred.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Experience in shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals, and quantity surveying.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.GCC projects' experience is considered an advantage.
