Bouri Group is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across digital platforms to drive sales, lead generation, and brand awareness for our home appliance brands.The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, and a proven track record of managing budgets to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across: o Meta (Facebook & Instagram) o Google Ads including Youtubeo TikTok Ads o Other relevant digital platforms • Develop media buying strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives. • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend. • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies. • Work closely with the marketing team to create effective ad creatives that drive reach, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance, present key insights through regular reports, and recommend optimization strategies and corrective actions to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Track and report on key KPIs and campaign effectiveness. • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and ad placements. • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. • Coordinate with E-commerce, Sales, and Brand teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches. Experience• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing. • Previous experience in the Home Appliances, Electronics, Retail, or FMCG sector is highly preferred. • Proven experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets. Technical Skills• Strong knowledge of: o Meta Ads Manager o Google Ads o Google Analytics 4 (GA4) o Google Tag Manager • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models. • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) • Revenue Generated from Paid Media • Conversion Rate • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Click-Through Rate (CTR) • Lead Generation Performance • Budget Utilization Efficiency
