The team values high-quality instruction, learner-centered methodologies, and a supportive educational environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Community Manager will build, grow, and nurture 4Level1’s learner and instructor communities, both in-person and across digital channels. Responsibilities include moderating and engaging in online groups, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role involves organizing and promoting events, webinars, and workshops, as well as gathering feedback to improve learner experience and program engagement. The Community Manager will collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals and brand voice.Qualifications Experience in community management or a related role, with the ability to foster engagement and maintain positive relationships across diverse audiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and spoken English and the ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.Comfort using social media platforms, community tools, and basic digital communication channels to manage and grow online communities.Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, manage multiple conversations, and follow up on community needs.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced educational environment.Interest in language education, student support, or edtech; prior experience in education or training is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
