Role Description: This full-time on-site role, based in Al Mansurah, is for a Medical Customer Engagement Specialist in the Marketing Department. The role is responsible for driving meaningful customer interactions and supporting marketing initiatives. It requires a dynamic balance between office-based coordination and field activities to ensure effective customer engagement and a strong market presence.Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels (calls, emails, and social media) Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives Work on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting tasks Ensure all customer communications and marketing messages are medically accurate Analyze customer behavior and provide insights to improve engagement Collect and share customer feedback with internal teamsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy, or a related field• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience• Strong communication and selling skills• Basic knowledge of marketing principles• Military service completed or exempted• Residency in Mansoura is required• Experience with CRM systems is required.Work Conditions: • Location: Mansoura• Type: Full-time, on-site • Days Off: 2 days weekly• Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare through our partnered medical network (for employees & family members)
