Pharco’s mission centers on improving patient health through high-quality pharmaceutical solutions and sustainable growth.Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Mohandseen) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role is responsible for promoting Pharco’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and key medical institutions within the Mohandseen territory. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting product visits, delivering scientific presentations, and providing up-to-date medical and product information. The Senior Medical Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, ensure high levels of customer service, and follow up on inquiries and feedback. The role also involves monitoring market trends, implementing sales and marketing plans, achieving territory sales targets, and preparing regular reports on activities, competitor actions, and customer needs, in line with Pharco’s ethical and compliance standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achievement of sales targets.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present medical information clearly and build professional relationships.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address healthcare professionals’ needs and provide timely support.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to discuss products accurately and ethically.Relevant bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or related field) is preferred.Previous experience as a medical representative, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry and Giza/Mohandseen area, is an advantage.Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and comply with industry regulations and company policies.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and reporting tools, with a valid driving license preferred.
