The Medical Sales Agent will promote and sell LGA Assistance’s medical and travel assistance solutions to new and existing clients, including insurance companies, corporate accounts, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships, providing timely follow-up, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client lifecycle. The Medical Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, stay informed about market trends and competitors, and participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. The position may also include supporting client onboarding, delivering product presentations, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and solution-oriented support.Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing deals.Experience or familiarity with Insurance or medical/healthcare-related products and services.Ability to deliver and receive Training, including product briefings, client education, and continuous learning.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
