Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Inside Medical Sales to join our team. The role is responsible for contacting potential patients, explaining the clinic's medical services, handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and converting leads into confirmed clinic bookings. This is an office-based sales role with clear monthly booking and revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesContact leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, WhatsApp, and call inquiries.Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and available offers professionally.Identify patient needs and recommend suitable services.Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.Follow up with interested patients until booking is completed.Handle objections and build trust with potential patients.Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.Update all customer interactions accurately on the CRM system.Coordinate with reception and clinic teams regarding appointment availability.Follow up with patients who missed their appointments to reschedule.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.RequirementsBachelor's degree of pharmacy , Biotechnology or Agriculture Experience in telesales, inside sales, medical sales, or call center sales is Preferred.Fresh grads are welcome to apply.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.Working ConditionsLocation : Sheraton Office-based.Full-time.Fixed salary + attractive commission based on achieved bookings and sales targets.Interested candidates can apply here: monica.wassim@coaholding.com
