Job Title: Quality Assurance InternLocation: Sheraton El Matar, CairoInternship Duration: 1 MonthDepartment: Quality AssuranceAbout COACOA Holding Company is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, and performance monitoring processes.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Quality Assurance team in monitoring and evaluating customer interactions.Review customer service and sales calls to ensure compliance with quality standards.Conduct quality audits on calls and chats.Identify performance gaps and report areas for improvement.Support in preparing daily and weekly quality reports.Track adherence to company processes and service standards.Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists and team leaders to improve customer experience.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Quality Management, or any related field (Preferred).
