Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Cairo. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting IDH’s products and services to healthcare professionals, building professional relationships, conducting sales visits, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and providing insights into diagnostic tests and medical solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare industryExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with healthcare professionalsStrong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and build long-term client relationshipsKnowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy, with a preference for candidates with related educational backgroundSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences is preferred
