Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:-Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets within the territory.-Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs & stakeholders)-Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs)-Conduct regular field visits and customer engagements (face-to-face & virtual)-Deliver product presentations and value-based discussions tailored to customer needs.-Gather and analyze customer insights to support business decisions.-Follow up on customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.-Implement territory plans and engagement strategies effectively.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions for patients and customers.-Maintain ethical standards and ensure compliance in all activities.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.-0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.-Strong sales and negotiation skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
