Job DescriptionPromote and sell the company's medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, purchasing departments, and other key healthcare stakeholders.Conduct regular field visits to assigned accounts and achieve the required daily visit target.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.Present product features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals.Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely order closure.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide regular market intelligence reports.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events when required.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the direct manager.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or any relevant Life Sciences discipline.3–5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industry.Proven experience in promoting medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.Strong understanding of the assigned territory and customer network.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Good command of English.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
