Key Responsibilities:-Lead and drive the international sales strategy for Egypt-based real estate projects.-Develop and execute market expansion and growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.-Oversee sales planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking against KPIs.-Build and maintain strategic relationships with key investors, brokers, and business partners.-Lead and manage large-scale roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns across international markets.-Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to sales managers and cross-functional teams.-Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.-Identify new market opportunities and drive entry strategies into target regions.Key Requirements:-Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate sales.-At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director).-Proven track record in international property sales and managing high-performing teams.-Strong experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue growth execution.-Established network with international investors and real estate brokers is highly preferred.-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.-Ability to manage multiple markets and lead large-scale sales initiatives.
