The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, medical histories, and clinical reports under the supervision of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring the correct use of medical terminology, and supporting healthcare professionals by transcribing and organizing critical patient information. The role requires attention to detail, good listening skills, and understanding of medical procedures and documentation standards. Qualifications Proficiency in scribing and detailed data entry with accuracy.Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy.Experience or background in Medical Assisting or a related clinical setting.Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with a professional and patient-centric communication style.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Working knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is an asset.A background in healthcare or certifications in relevant medical fields is preferred.
