About the jobWe are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our products inside and out, acting as a bridge between the development team, sales team, and customers. You will focus on ensuring that our products meet customer needs and help the company achieve its sales and market goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Expertise:• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product features, benefits, and usage.• Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitors.2. Customer Support:• Act as a point of contact for customers with product-related inquiries.• Provide training, demonstrations, and troubleshooting support to clients.3.Training and Education:• Train customers on product functionalities and updates.• Conduct workshops and webinars to showcase product benefits to clients.• Assist in creating marketing materials, user guides, and FAQs to help explain the product’s value.Requirements:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy• Experience: From 0-2 years.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Utilize strong computer skills to create reports, presentations, and documentation.• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage data and communicate effectively.
