The role is focused on interior fit-out projects and is strictly for Design and Technical Office work (No site work required).Key Responsibilities • Handling MEP design for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting. • Preparing shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs. • Developing technical specifications and necessary engineering calculations. • Coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of technical packages.Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 4 to 8 years of experience in Design and Technical Office roles (Interior fit-out experience is a plus). • Strong knowledge in Electrical: Power, lighting, low current (Fire Alarm, Data, CCTV), and SLD. • Strong knowledge in HVAC: Load calculations, ducting, ventilation, and exhaust. • Strong knowledge in Plumbing & Firefighting: Water supply, drainage, fire systems, and pump calculations. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Experience with calculation tools: HAP, Duct Sizer, Dialux, etc. • Must be able to handle both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.Note: This is a Design & Technical Office role only (no site work).How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV to:Email: contact@kathb.saSubject: MEP Engineer – [Your Name]
