Clients include multinational corporations, healthcare institutions, and large-scale developers seeking reliable, efficient, and compliant building systems.Role Description:The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Cairo, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across project lifecycles, from design review to installation and commissioning. Daily tasks include managing project schedules and budgets, reviewing and approving technical submittals, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The MEP Project Manager will lead site inspections, monitor construction quality, resolve technical issues, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, resource allocation, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.Qualifications:Strong technical proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including plumbing and related building services.Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Budgeting, with the ability to manage timelines, costs, and resources effectively.Capability to prepare, review, and coordinate Submittals, including drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEP project management, with a strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.Hands-on experience in Tendering, including tender preparation, technical and commercial evaluation, bid analysis, cost estimation, and contract documentation, is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience managing MEP works on medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial, healthcare, industrial, or high-rise developments.Knowledge of relevant international and local codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, and SMACNA) is highly beneficial.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM platforms) is an advantage.Ability to travel to project sites as required and adapt to a hybrid work environment.PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
