* Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify project requirements.* Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).* Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing and proposals.* Evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ offers to ensure compliance with tender specifications.* Prepare technical and financial proposals for submission.* Follow up on tender clarifications, RFIs, and liaise with clients/consultants as required. * BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.* 2–4 years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation.* Previous experience in swimming pools, fountains, and water features projects is a strong advantage.* Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and cost estimation tools.* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
