Key Responsibilities:Acquire new merchants within assigned territories (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, etc.).Conduct daily field visits to target retailers (electronics, mobile shops, furniture stores, medical centers, auto services, etc.).Present consumer finance and installment solutions to store owners and key decision-makers.Negotiate commission structures and commercial terms.Collect and verify required merchant documentation.Ensure proper contract signing and submission to internal teams.Coordinate merchant activation with the Operations team.Maintain communication with Operations post-activation to ensure smooth onboarding.Gather competitor market insights (ValU, Shahry, Sympl, Souhoola, Contact, etc.). Requirements:1+ year of experience in one or more of the following: consumer finance, BNPL, POS / payment solutions or field salesStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills with business owners.Good understanding of Egyptian market documentation and compliance requirements.Ability to work outdoors and manage a structured field schedule.Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Well-presentable with strong communication skills.
