Job DescriptionMerchant Settlement OfficerResponsibilitiesProcessing of merchants payments.Processing of manual charge forms, manual sale & refund transactions.Processing of pick up card reward, fee collection & issuance of reward cheque.G/L reconciliation.Monitoring and action rejected transactions.Coordinating with internal customers as well as other departments to address issues.Resolve merchant queries. i.e handle merchant complaints & queries, preauth cancellation, effectively resolve and communicate with the merchants.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredit & recognized universityExperience 1-2 years of previous experience in accountancy / banking operations.Knowledge/Skills Very Good command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level Essential knowledge in MS Office.
