Position OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer with hands-on experience building Copilot Agents and AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.In this role, you'll lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance productivity, automate business processes, and deliver intelligent conversational experiences across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You'll work extensively with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 to create scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.If you're passionate about Microsoft AI technologies and enjoy building enterprise Copilot experiences, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy enterprise Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Build intelligent conversational experiences integrated with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and enterprise business applications.Develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph.Create and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) supporting enterprise business processes.Design automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows).Develop secure external portals using Power Pages.Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.Implement governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices across Power Platform solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.Requirements5+ years of experience developing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.Hands-on experience building Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.Experience developing conversational AI solutions integrated with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.Strong expertise in:Microsoft Copilot StudioPower Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)Power PagesDataverseExperience integrating AI solutions with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and external systems.Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt design, and conversational AI best practices.Experience implementing ALM, environment strategy, governance, and DevOps practices within Power Platform.Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, AI certifications, or Copilot-related certifications) are a strong advantage.Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor team members.
