The Software Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day project activities, including organizing tasks, maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and supporting timely delivery of software features. The role involves coordinating between product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, scheduling and documenting meetings, and ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities. The coordinator will assist in managing timelines, identifying risks and blockers, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, supporting process improvements, and contributing to smooth onboarding and rollout of new platform capabilities.QualificationsStrong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple software projects and timelines.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and comfort working with technical teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to tracking tasks, risks, and dependencies.Experience in software or technology environments, preferably in customer engagement, AI, or SaaS platforms.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with customer-centric product development and an interest in AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
