The role ensures business alignment, drives continuous improvement, and leads integration efforts with other core systems such as CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse. This position combines technical expertise and business process knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support Theeb's digital transformation goalsJob ResponsibilitiesManage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutionsWork with external partners and internal teams to deploy new modules and featuresEnsure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controlsLead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse)Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimizationProvide user training, documentation, and post-deployment supportOversee change management, testing, and release management activitiesEnsure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirementsAct as Theeb's subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM)Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIsPreferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution ArchitectStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFluent in both Arabic and English
