The culture values passion, creativity, and collaboration to drive measurable results.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mid-Level Media Buyer role based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The Media Buyer will manage end-to-end media buying activities, including planning, negotiating, and optimizing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Daily responsibilities include analyzing audience data, selecting appropriate media platforms, setting budgets, and monitoring campaign performance to meet clients’ objectives and KPIs. The role involves collaborating closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams to align media plans with campaign concepts and client goals. The Media Buyer will prepare regular performance reports, provide data-driven recommendations, and stay current on media trends, platforms, and best practices.Qualifications Strong media planning and media strategy skills, with experience building multi-channel media plans.Proficiency in media buying, including negotiating rates, managing budgets, and optimizing placements.Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.Previous experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar media/marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, ad tracking tools).Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of the MENA media landscape and consumer behavior is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and brand-safe advertising practices.
