Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About The Role : As a Middle Mile Network Supervisor, you will lead Line-Haul transportation operations during the night shift, ensuring the seamless movement of shipments across the network. You'll work closely with hubs, transportation partners, and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, optimize fleet performance, and deliver exceptional service levels.Job Code : Incremental 2026OPER-164Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage Line-Haul transportation activities during the night shift Coordinate vehicle availability with hubs and transportation partners Oversee vehicle dispatch, route execution, and on-time arrivals Monitor transportation performance and resolve operational issues in real time Lead and support Line-Haul drivers while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards Optimize fleet utilization to maximize transportation efficiency Track transportation KPIs, including on-time performance, vehicle turnaround time, fleet utilization, and SLA achievement Collaborate with Hub Operations and other stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment movement across the networkJob Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Line-Haul, Middle Mile, Transportation, or Logistics Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferredWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
