Mobile Production Engineer

Product & Process DesignIdentify manufacturing needs for new products in development.Design new systems and processes to ensure cost-effective integration of new products or improvements to existing ones.Ensure all product and system requirements are considered from initial conception to finished result.Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.Generate production documentation such as assembly instructions.Quality & StandardizationReduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.Ensure product and process quality meet required specifications.Production Planning & EfficiencyOversee installation of machinery and equipment.Maintain daily records of production and reports.Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.Remove waste from processes.Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to minimize production loss.Maintenance & SupportPlan and organize maintenance.Respond to breakdowns.Continuous ImprovementContribute to continuous improvement activities. Bachelor’s degree in engineering a related major1-3 years of experience in the same field and position Proficient in MS Office and related systems as ERP Excellent in English is a must • Understanding manufacturing processes• Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information• Understanding of Health and Safety practices
