Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobility Service/Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance EG, based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with mobility service inquiries, managing global mobility tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate relocations. The role involves direct communication with customers to address their needs and provide excellent service in alignment with company standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.Experience in Global Mobility and Corporate Relocation services to facilitate customer transitions and movements efficiently.Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
