The Moderator will oversee and monitor online and offline spaces to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing and managing user-generated content, addressing content violations, resolving disputes, and maintaining a respectful and engaging environment. Additional duties involve providing feedback to improve community standards and collaborating with team members to develop moderation strategies.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for managing user interactions and addressing conflicts.Attention to detail and analytical thinking for identifying inappropriate content or behavior.Ability to enforce guidelines in a professional, unbiased, and consistent manner.Technical proficiency in moderation tools and platforms.Problem-solving skills and adaptability for handling a variety of situations in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with community management or moderation practices is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) is required.Bachelor's degree.
