About LycheeLychee is a healthy food and beverage chain with 30+ branches across Cairo, on a growth path that includes expansion into Saudi Arabia. We're looking for a Multi Media Designer to help shape how our brand looks, moves, and feels across every touchpoint — from in-store signage to social media to campaign videos.The RoleAs Multi Media Designer, you'll own the visual and motion content that brings Lychee's brand to life. You'll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to produce designs, videos, and creative assets that support campaigns, product launches, employer branding, and day-to-day content needs.What You'll Do- Design and edit social media posts (graphics, captions layout, campaign creative) across platforms- Design and edit menus, keeping them updated as items, prices, and offers change- Design product and packaging labels- Design graphics for in-store signage and promotional materials- Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, ads, product highlights, behind-the-scenes/employer branding content)- Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and social platforms- Maintain and evolve brand visual identity guidelines across all channels- Collaborate with marketing on campaign concepts and translate ideas into finished creative- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across branches and departments- Stay current with design and content trends relevant to F&B and lifestyle brandsWhat We're Looking For- 3 -5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing/motion graphics- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video/motion work- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools- Comfortable shooting content on-site (branches, events, campaigns)- Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand consistency- Ability to work independently and manage several projects at once- Experience with F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plusWhat We Offer- The chance to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing, well-funded brand- A collaborative, fast-paced work environment- Room to grow as the company scales regionally
