Bold Experiences partners with organizations that want to become bolder, smarter, and more influential in a technology-driven landscape.Role Description: The Senior UI/UX Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading the design of digital experiences across web, mobile, and other interactive platforms. This role involves researching user needs, defining interaction flows, and creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate brand strategies into intuitive interfaces. The designer collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure visual design and user experience are aligned, usable, and consistent across touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining design systems, conducting usability reviews, iterating on feedback, and ensuring that final deliverables meet both business objectives and user expectations. The Senior UI/UX Designer also mentors junior designers and contributes to design standards and best practices across the organization.QualificationsStrong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create polished layouts, typography, color systems, and component-based design systems.Experience creating detailed Mockups and prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).Working knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and design feasible solutions.Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end design for complex digital products or platforms, ideally in agency or consultancy environments.Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile, with clear rationale and measurable impact on user and business outcomes.Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with design systems, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Preferred Locations: We are seeking candidates located in Egypt, Beirut, or Riyadh.
