Job Purpose:The Marketing Manager assists in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversee brand positioning, manage partnerships, and ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives.The position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance Mashreq’s banking market presence.Key Result Areas:- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and direct marketing initiatives.- Assist end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation and budgeting to execution and performance tracking.- Collaborate with product, and customer experience teams to create marketing strategies that align with business objectives.- Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and key stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.- Oversee content development, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure consistency and impact.- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.- Ensure that all the marketing materials are updated with our latest campaign in all mashreq branches networkOperating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships: Reports to Senior Marketing Manager and collaborates with leadership teams across banking, digital, sales, and operations. Ensures marketing activities comply with banking regulations, brand guidelines, and corporate policies. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Operates in a dynamic, competitive market, requiring agility and adaptability in marketing strategies.Problem Solving: Identifies and addresses challenges in marketing execution, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. Develops innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market share. Leverages data analytics to optimize campaigns, and enhance decision-making.Decision Making Authority & Responsibility: Develops marketing campaign strategies, messaging, and execution plans. Support in allocates budget and resources for various marketing initiatives. Selects and negotiates with vendors, agencies, and media partners. Leads strategic marketing decisions in collaboration with executive leadership.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in banking, fintech, or sectors.Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to develop and execute large-scale marketing campaigns.- Experience in managing agencies, partnerships, and external vendors.
