The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians, accurately documenting patient encounters, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans in real time. Daily responsibilities include updating electronic medical records, reviewing prior notes and test results, and ensuring documentation meets clinical and regulatory standards. The role also involves clarifying information with physicians, organizing patient data for efficient workflow, and supporting accurate coding and billing through precise recordkeeping. The Medical Scribe will collaborate with the clinical team to maintain confidentiality, streamline documentation processes, and enhance the overall quality of patient care during night hours.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong scribing skills, including real-time documentation and familiarity with electronic medical records.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy to accurately capture clinical information.Candidates should possess experience or training in medical assisting tasks, such as organizing patient information and supporting clinical workflows.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with physicians and healthcare team members.Relevant qualifications such as a medical degree (Medicine doctors only), or equivalent clinical background, are required.Ability to work night shifts on-site in Cairo, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical documentation role is highly beneficial.
