Nursery English Teacher (New Cairo)Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery English Teacher to join our early years team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s development through play-based and child-centered learning approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver age-appropriate English learning activities aligned with the nursery’s curriculum.Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.Support children’s language development, social skills, emotional growth, and independence.Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly.Maintain accurate classroom records and portfolios.Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and team members.Communicate professionally with parents regarding children’s development when required.Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and daily routines are followed at all times.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and code of conduct.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting.Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.Patient, caring, energetic, and child-focused personality.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication skillsCreativity and enthusiasmClassroom organizationObservation and reporting skillsPositive behavior managementProfessional attitude and reliabilityWorking ConditionsFull-time positionWorking hours according to nursery scheduleSupportive team environmentOngoing training and development opportunities
