Company Description Pixie Wings - Nursery & DayCare is a new inclusive early learning nursery in ElSheikh Zayed, following the EYFS British Curriculum with rich indoor and outdoor activities. The nursery focuses on providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1–5 years in a nurturing, supportive environment where every child can thrive.Role Description The Nursery Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sheikh Zaid. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum, supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, organizing indoor and outdoor activities, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves regular communication with parents and caregivers, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to nursery events such as camps and special programs.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood settings.Ability to create structured Lesson Planning and engaging Training activities for children aged 1–4 years.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Knowledge of the EYFS British Curriculum or willingness to learn and apply it.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practice and child safeguarding.Organizational and classroom management skills, including maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.Previous experience in nurseries, preschools, or similar childcare settings is an advantage.
