Role: O&M Electrical Maintenance Senior Engineer role is to manage the operations of the electrical O&M projects from initial planning and budgeting, progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and projects planning. Also, to coordinate people and processes to ensure that O&M Electrical Maintenance projects of MV and LV Electrical equipment are delivered on time and produce the desired results. He is reporting to Operation manager, meanwhile internally to coordinate with all other function & parties within the company (Technical office, Procurement, Finance …..etc.) and externally with Costumers to develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Accountabilities: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans. Developing project scopes and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the Costumers. Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Measures: A primary goal is a project or operation with zero accidents, injuries, or safety incidents. Ensuring 100% adherence to all relevant electrical codes, building codes, safety laws, and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA standards). Staying within the allocated budget for labor, materials, equipment and achieving or exceeding the target gross profit margin. Achieving high client satisfaction, which often leads to repeat business. Skills & Qualifications: BSc of Electrical engineering. 5-7 years of experience in management the LV & MV Electrical maintenance overhaul projects. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in MV & LV electrical equipment maintenance technologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skilssSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent presentation skills Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
