The Reference Data Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and high-quality master/reference data in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA). The role supports Order Management processes by ensuring data integrity and resolving data-related issues, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.A Day in the LifeMaintain and update customer, material, and barcodes master data in SAPEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness according to business rulesProcess data creation and modification requests within agreed SLAsPerform regular data validation and quality checksActivate Quota on each customer/market as agreed with sales support teamSupport Order Management by ensuring availability of accurate dataInvestigate and resolve data-related to in accurate linking of barcodes or duplicate maintenanceCollaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teamsMaintain substitution requests from DSP teamEnsure compliance with data governance policies and audit requirementsMaintain proper documentation of all data changesSending required reports to the market on the agreed SLA on time AM I a GOOD FIT?1–3 years of experience in master data, operations, or shared services environmentExperience in FMCG or similar fast-paced environment is preferredExperience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA)Supply chain knowledge is a plusStrong Excel skills (data handling, validation, reporting)Power BI and power automate knowledge is a plusBasic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2D) processStrong attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management
