learning, and next-best-action capabilities to create more relevant and effective engagement experiences for healthcare professionals, patients, and commercial teams.The Data Strategy SME will establish the data vision, governance framework, activation strategy, and information architecture required to power customer intelligence, AI-driven decisioning, advanced analytics, and omnichannel engagement capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy & VisionDefine and own the enterprise Data Strategy supporting the Omnichannel Engagement transformation.Develop a future-state data vision aligned with the organization's AI-enabled Omnichannel Engagement North Star.Establish strategic data priorities that enable customer intelligence, personalization, AI-driven decisioning, and business growth.Contribute to the creation and execution of the multi-year Data & AI roadmap.Data Assessment & MaturityAssess current-state data capabilities, assets, governance, quality, architecture, and activation maturity.Identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and dependencies impacting strategic business objectives.Evaluate existing data platforms, customer data ecosystems, and analytics capabilities.Customer Intelligence & Data ArchitectureDefine Customer 360, Engagement Intelligence, and customer data models required to support omnichannel engagement.Identify critical enterprise data domains, integration priorities, and data product opportunities.Establish data requirements that support customer segmentation, personalization, measurement, and AI use cases.Partner with Data Architects and Engineering teams to define scalable and future-ready data foundations.Data Governance & ManagementDefine governance frameworks covering data quality, metadata management, stewardship, master data management (MDM), and data ownership.Establish standards, policies, and best practices for enterprise data management.Ensure alignment with regulatory, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.AI & Analytics EnablementEnable AI, Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and next-best-action capabilities through robust data readiness strategies.Ensure data assets are structured, governed, and accessible to support predictive modeling and intelligent decision-making.Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to prioritize high-value business use cases.Measurement & Business OutcomesEstablish KPI frameworks, measurement methodologies, and performance metrics to evaluate customer engagement effectiveness and business outcomes.Define approaches for tracking adoption, campaign performance, customer journeys, and value realization.Ensure data strategies support measurable business impact and executive reporting needs.Executive Advisory & Cross-Functional LeadershipAdvise executive leadership on data investment priorities, transformation opportunities, risks, and strategic decisions.Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Analytics, Technology, and Data leadership teams.Support technology evaluation and future-state MarTech, CRM, CDP, and Data Platform decisions.Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the data strategy.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.10+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Management, Enterprise Analytics, Marketing Data, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or related disciplines.Deep understanding of customer, marketing, engagement, commercial, and analytics data domains.Proven experience defining enterprise data strategies and target-state data architectures.Strong knowledge of Customer 360, Customer Intelligence, CRM, CDP, and Omnichannel Engagement ecosystems.Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation initiatives.Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into data capabilities, operating models, and execution roadmaps.Experience collaborating across business, product, analytics, engineering, and technology organizations.Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic consulting skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience within Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences organizations.Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Familiarity with healthcare professional (HCP) engagement data, healthcare customer journeys, and healthcare marketing ecosystems.Knowledge of data governance, healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, and information management frameworks.Advanced degree in Data Management,
