Provide senior technical guidance for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migrationReview the current cloud environment and assess readiness for production migrationValidate the architecture, configuration, networking, compute, storage, security, access management, monitoring, backup, and recovery setupIdentify technical risks, operational gaps, dependencies, and readiness issues prior to go-liveSupport migration preparation, cutover planning, production migration activities, and post-migration stabilizationProvide consultation on issues encountered during migration preparation, testing, and readiness activitiesAdvise the KSA IT team on post-go-live operations including monitoring, incident handling, access administration, backup, recovery, support procedures, and escalation pathsReview cloud resource utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunitiesPrepare and review operational runbooks, administration guides, support procedures, and handover documentationCollaborate with Group Technology, KSA IT, Infrastructure, Applications, Information Security, Operations, and relevant vendorsConduct structured knowledge transfer sessions for the internal IT teamEnsure the cloud environment meets banking-grade requirements for security, availability, resilience, auditability, and operational controlProvide management-level recommendations on migration readiness, key risks, and required corrective actionsRequirementsMust Have:10+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, or production cloud operationsPrevious experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatoryPrevious experience in regulated environments is an advantageQualificationsSenior-level experience with Oracle Cloud InfrastructureProven track record in cloud migration, cloud operations, and enterprise production supportPrevious experience as a Cloud Consultant, Cloud Lead, Cloud Architect, or equivalent senior roleDeep knowledge of cloud compute, networking, storage, identity and access management, security, monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recoverySolid understanding of hybrid cloud environments and enterprise infrastructure operationsExperience supporting production migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activitiesAbility to review technical designs, identify risks, and deliver practical recommendationsStrong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, and knowledge transfer skillsPreferred SkillsOracle Cloud certification such as OCI Architect Professional, Architect Associate, or Operations AssociateExperience with cloud governance, security hardening, audit requirements, and operational controlsExperience with cost optimization and cloud resource managementExperience supporting business-critical systems on Oracle Cloud InfrastructureFamiliarity with middleware, integration platforms, databases, and core banking environmentsKnowledge of change management, incident management, and production support practices
