Job Title: OD SpecialistCompany: Sky Healthy FoodLocation: [6 October - Giza]Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:• Support the implementation of the company’s Organizational Development roadmap aligned with strategic goals.• Maintain and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and organizational charts.• Manage the full performance management cycle including KPI development and appraisal frameworks.• Develop competency frameworks and job evaluation systems to support workforce planning.• Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning and career path development.• Lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to strengthening company culture.• Analyze HR data and develop OD dashboards and reports for management insights.• Support organizational transformation and restructuring projects.• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.• Work with external training providers to deliver impactful development programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.3 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Organizational Development.Hands-on experience with performance management, competency models, and job evaluation.Key SkillsStrong analytical and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple OD initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder managementExperience working with leadership teams to drive changeHow to Apply:please send your CV to [Magdy_Aziz@skyhealthyfood.com] with the subject line: OD Specialist.
