Analyze and develop organizational structures to support operational efficiency across farms, hatcheries, and processing plants.Lead job evaluation, grading, and organization restructuring initiatives.Ensure alignment between business strategy and organizational design.Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems (KPIs, appraisal cycles).Support line managers in setting measurable objectives aligned with production targets.Drive a performance-driven culture across all levels.Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles (farm managers, production heads, technical roles).Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.Support talent review and calibration processes.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for technical and behavioral competencies.Design and implement training programs tailored to poultry operations (biosecurity, safety, leadership, etc.).Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and operational excellence.Support internal communication strategies.Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and OD frameworks.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR and operations. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR (preferably in poultry, agriculture, or FMCG manufacturing).Strong knowledge of OD tools (competency frameworks, job evaluation, KPIs, succession planning).Experience in industrial or production environments is highly preferred.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
