The role involves leading and managing a development team, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Specific tasks include developing, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions in Odoo, utilizing programming concepts like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and implementing front-end development solutions with a focus on CSS and user-friendly interfaces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and guiding team members to ensure timely project delivery are key responsibilities.QualificationsProven skills in Team Leadership and experience in mentoring and managing development teams.Proficiency in Front-End Development and expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create user-friendly interfaces.Strong background in Software Development with advanced knowledge of frameworks and platforms such as Odoo.Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.Experience with ERP systems implementation or customization in Odoo is an added advantage
