Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner / Odoo Implementor. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, a product ownership mindset, and hands-on experience in implementing Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of scalable and efficient systems.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized business processes.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement validation sessions.Product Ownership:Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and add value.Odoo Implementation:Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules based on requirements.Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations and integrations.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Provide user training and post-implementation support.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or ERP Implementation roles.Proven hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and customization.Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and architecture.Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations is a plus.Experience with process modeling tools and documentation standards.Understanding of system integration and data migration.Preferred Skills:Odoo certification is a plus.Experience in digital transformation projects.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Personal Attributes:Proactive and self-driven.Strong leadership and ownership mindset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
