Job Overview:As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps, and translating business needs into effective Odoo solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, process optimization, user training, and post-go-live support while promoting Odoo best practices and standard functionalities. Responsibilities: -✔ Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis while aligning client requirements with Odoo best practices.✔ Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of core Odoo modules including: Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, and Purchase.✔ Manage data migration activities including data cleaning, mapping, and importing/exporting from legacy systems.✔ Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide corporate training, and support post-go-live activities.✔ Develop Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and user manuals. Requirements: - 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer.- Participation in at least 3 full-cycle Odoo implementations from project initiation through post-go-live  support. - Strong understanding of accounting concepts, inventory valuation, and supply chain processes within  Odoo.-  Strong consulting mindset with the ability to guide clients toward standard solutions and best        practices.-  Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
