Attend strategic and executive meetings and prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).Support the preparation and consolidation of executive presentations, including Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, and Strategic Plans.Manage follow-ups on action items, tasks, and requests to ensure timely execution.Handle all internal and external correspondence, including emails, calls, and official communications.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for conferences, meetings, and business travel (flights, hotels, visas).Oversee the Travel & Entertainment (T&E) process in line with company policies.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and assignments.Act as a key point of contact between senior management and different departments.Support executive and VIP visits.Manage office operations and administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 4–7 years of experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives. Proven experience supporting senior leadership. Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required. Experience in multinational or regional corporate environments is preferred.
