Our Client is looking to hire an Office Manager who will be a daily operating hub, a multi-hat role keeping the office running, new hires landing, candidates moving through the pipeline, vendors managed, events organized, social posts going out, and the office atmosphere warm. Coordinates office support staff. The visible face of how IN3 treats its people, candidates, and guests. A permanent, central seat, not a step toward something else.What You Own:Office & facility: visitor reception, meeting rooms, supplies, maintenance, AC/power/connectivity issues, renovations, support staff coordination.Recruitment logistics: candidate scheduling for IN3's 30-hire ramp, agency coordination, candidate experience, and no-show follow-ups.Onboarding logistics: pre-arrival checklist (laptop, accounts, ID, seat), day-one handover, first-week follow-through.Employee documentation: contracts, personal files, IDs, leave records, attendance — clean and audit-ready.Event coordination end-to-end: internal events, customer visits, external presence. Venue, catering, logistics, branded materials.Marketing vendor management and light social media posting (LinkedIn, scheduled/approved posts, light Canva design).Vendor & procurement admin: vendor roster, quotes, purchase, delivery, asset registration. Liaise with the accountant on invoices/expenses.Light CEO support: document chasing, meeting setup, visitor hosting, and travel coordination when requested.Cultural and atmospheric center of the office: morning greeting, visitor warmth, colleague care, and team morale.What You Bring:4–6 years of office management, executive assistance, or admin coordination. At least one role at a growing/mid-sized multi-hat company.Multi-hat track record: office management + at least 2 of: recruitment coordination, event coordination, vendor/procurement admin, light marketing, EA-lightCan-do attitude across the full scope: support-staff supervision, facility problems, contractor management, renovations, and hands-on physical office work.Accessibility and daily on-site presence.
