Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters) with a high level of professionalism.Draft and review official communications in both Arabic and English.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for senior management.Welcome and receive high-profile visitors, including international and local partners.Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.Ensure a well-organized, professional, and presentable office environment.
