Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) National Talent

BASIC FUNCTION:Manage the manpower and resources of the rig to achieve optimum performance so as to ensure the well program is carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner.Promote and ensure that all Company Policies and Procedures are communicated and understood by personnel on the rig.DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead planning and execution of drilling operations in coordination with Client Representatives and rig department heads.Conduct daily operational and safety meetings, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and pre-job risk assessments.Oversee drilling, marine, maintenance, and third-party activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant rig operations.Monitor critical equipment performance, preventive maintenance programs, and prioritize repairs to maintain operational readiness.Ensure compliance with Flag State, regulatory, and company operational standards and procedures.Coordinate marine operations including rig moves, mooring, station keeping, stability, and jack-up operations.Maintain effective communication with Rig Management, clients, and onboard teams to support operational performance.Manage annual maintenance budgets, procurement reviews, and warehouse inventory in line with operational targets.QHSE:Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, safety management systems, and emergency response procedures across all offshore operations.Lead safety inductions, regular emergency drills, and continuous safety awareness initiatives onboard.Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and housekeeping while promoting a strong safety culture among personnel.PREREQUISITES / QUALIFICATIONS:Valid OIM License and holds valid Supervisor Well Control CertificateMinimum 5 years OIM Offshore Drilling jack-up rig experienceStrong leadership and HSE commitment
