Operation & maintenance card personalization machine (technician or engineer)

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly meticulous and technically proficient Operation & Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated on-site services team. The ideal candidate will act as a hybrid professional combining hands-on machine operation expertise with solid preventive and corrective maintenance skills to ensure maximum uptime and zero-defect output of Matica card personalization systems at our client’s facility. Key Responsibilities:Operate card production and personalization machines (printing, embossing, encoding, and mailing systems). Prepare machines at the start of each shift, including setup, calibration, and ensuring required materials and paperwork are ready. Execute production tasks according to defined procedures, work standards, and client requirements. Monitor production processes and ensure output meets quality and operational standards. Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently. Troubleshoot and fix basic machine issues, and report or escalate complex problems when needed. Complete all required documentation and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Maintain a clean, organized work area and machines, and perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors. Requirements & Qualifications:Technical education: Industrial Technical Diploma or a degree in Electronics/Engineering (preferred). 2–5 years of hands-on experience in card printing and personalization machines (including mailing systems). Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems and machine operation principles. Good knowledge of smart card personalization processes (chip initialization, encoding, magnetic stripe). Basic troubleshooting, maintenance skills and ability to follow operational procedures and documentation standards.Benefits:Competitive salary with shift-based allowances.Social and health insurance.
