We’re hiring a Remote Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing residential cleaning company.This role keeps daily operations running smoothly managing client communication, coordinating cleaners, organising schedules, and supporting marketing and hiring efforts.Key Responsibilities• Respond to new leads and follow up on quotes• Confirm schedules with clients and cleaners• Review service photos and maintain organised records• Support social media engagement and outreach• Track availability, bookings, and performance metrics• Assist with hiring and on-boarding cleaners• Maintain basic bookkeeping and reportsWe’re looking for someone who is:Highly organised and detail-orientedConfident communicating with clients by phone and messageProactive, reliable, and tech-comfortableExperienced in admin, operations, or customer service (preferred)
