You support the founder + scale our hiring + own the operational infrastructure that keeps DZD running. Specifically, four lanes:Hiring operations + people support. Coordinating the hiring pipeline, scheduling, internal communication, ATS hygieneTom assistant + EA. Inbox triage, calendar management, prep docs, follow-up reminders, schedulingOperations infrastructure. SOP drafting, process docs, internal organisation, Notion/Drive maintenanceCross-cover. Backstop on internal handoff hygiene when the project manager is heads-down on client workWeekly load shifts between lanes. Some weeks you're tracking 30 candidates, others you're rebuilding the onboarding doc from scratch. You triage your own time.Who We're Looking ForRead this list and think "yes, that's me."
